OwnerRez Integration Guide

When you connect your OwnerRez account with Inhaven, Inhaven is granted permission to perform the following actions through the integration:

• •     List all properties associated with your OwnerRez account
• •    Retrieve availability data for each property to ensure up-to-date booking information
• •    Access listing details, including descriptions and amenities
• •    Retrieve guest reviews for your properties, enabling transparent feedback sharing
• •    Set up webhooks to keep listings, availability, and reviews synchronized in real time

This integration ensures that your property data on Inhaven remains accurate and current with minimal manual updates required from your end.

1. Log in to Inhaven
   Go to inhaven.com and sign in using your credentials.
2. Navigate to Integrations
   After logging in, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Integrations from the dropdown menu.

• 3. Connect OwnerRez
  On the Integrations page, locate OwnerRez and click the Connect button.

• 4. Authorize Access
  You will be redirected to the OwnerRez website to authorize Inhaven to access your property information.
  • If you're not logged in to OwnerRez, you'll be prompted to do so.
  • Click Authorize Inhaven to continue.

• 5. Confirmation
  Once the authorization is complete, you'll be redirected back to manage.inhaven.com with a success message.
  • If you see an error message instead, please repeat the process.
  • When you see the success message, the OwnerRez integration with Inhaven is complete.
